Personalized Coaching is led by Jimmy Lifton, an award winning Film and Television Producer, Educator and Supervising Sound Editor. Mr. Lifton has produced 22 feature films and is credited on more than 500 television episodes and features for live action and animation. He has won 2 Emmys and 5 Golden Reels.

Mr. Lifton has founded training and job assistance programs for various populations including disabled Veterans and adults on the Spectrum. He has garnered job placement awards for his southern California training, coaching and job assistance programs.Mr. Lifton brings real world experience to his down to earth, engaging and motivating coaching approach.
