TELEVISION AND MOVIE PRODUCTION HAS RAMPED UP IN A HUGE WAY, BUT EXPECTATIONS HAVE CHANGED

Visual Arts Academy is set up to facilitate those needs.

Post production producers are seeking Visual Effects artists with a diverse skill set. The virtual live interactive programs are module based, providing a path to develop these in-demand skills. Learn skill sets in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere. VAA is a Vendor of the Department of Rehabilitation. If qualified by the Department of Rehabilitation, students may participate in a paid worker program while attending VAA classes.

VAA offers an immersive curriculum that integrates technical knowledge with artistic exploration and creativity, taught by industry-experienced professionals.

After Effects is used in film, TV, and web video creation. This software is used in the post-production phase, and has hundreds of effects that can be used to manipulate imagery. This allows you to combine layers of video and images into the same scene.

Photoshop is your go-to application for working with pixel-based images designed for print, web, and mobile apps. Powerful editing tools let you correct exposure and color balance, crop and straighten images, alter colors in your photograph, remove blemishes from a portrait, or combine multiple images into a new scene.

Premiere Pro is the industry-leading video editing software for film, TV and the web. Creative tools and integration with other apps and services helps you craft footage into polished films and videos.
